[edit] Information
Extreme Machines is dedicated to finding out how machines work.
This program reviews the development of helicopters from their rather comical beginnings, to the latest beasts of today including commercially used helicopters such as Notar's, widely used in rescue services, and military attack helicopters such as the Apache, Comanche and Tiger. Examine the helicopter's unusual construction which allows it to ascend without a runway and execute agile maneuvers too dangerous for other flying machines.
